The
Foundation provides grants to organizations
and conducts other activities to further
the objectives of:•
increasing public understanding of the law;
• enhancing professional competence
and ethics;
• facilitating the delivery of legal
services; and
• improving New York’s justice
system and its law.
Five
officers, a Board of Directors consisting
of 25 members, and 2 ex officio members
(the Chair and Vice Chair of The Fellows)
manage the affairs of The Foundation.
